Shipping methods

Bonsai Team will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. During sale period, processing of orders may take longer time than normal. We operate from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. During summer period (on August), processing of orders may take longer period according to our Courrier ( GLS, DHL).

SUMMER BREAK

From 17th August the shipping will be paused will be temporarily paused for our summer break and are expected to resume around the end of August.
In the meantime, all orders will be processed and safely set aside, so they will be shipped as soon as operations resume.
