REFUND & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund within 14 days. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds are not allowed during Black sales (and with sales up than 60% off) but only Exchanges, due to high promotions. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
Refunds are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise. For orders paid by credit card, the amount of refund will be available in about 10 days. This estimated time may vary slightly according to the bank circuit of the used credit card.

To return or exchange items, contact us at shop@bonsaiclothing.com with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
